Making your own website for an online community bereavement support group can be challenging, but is not impossible. This entire website was made in Dreamweaver, with the photos taken of people I knew and creative commons websites, and then photoshoped together. A little information on what's free and available out there, what rules and laws have to be followed, and knowledge of Dreamweaver is one way for agencies to move services online afforadably. Creative commons - Creative Commons provides free tools that let authors, scientists, artists, and educators easily mark their creative work with the freedoms they want it to carry. You can use CC to change your copyright terms from "All Rights Reserved" to "Some Rights Reserved."

What rights are owned by the copyright holder? Copyright is a bundle of rights that includes the right to copy, distribute, publish, perform, and display a work, as well as to prepare derivative works.
Fair Use - Permits a nonowner of copyrighted work to use that work without the owner’s permission providing they following these guidelines:
- Material is used sparingly
- Use is noncommercial
- Use of the material will not affect its market value
