To make your own border using photoshop

1. Select 4-5 pictures for your border.
2. Open Photoshop, under "file" select "new".
3. Adjust the size to be a width of 13 inches and a height to be 3 inches (or what works best for your site).
4. Open the pictures that you'd like for the border.
5. One by one complete the following steps: Using the rectangular marquee tool select the part of the picture you want in the border. Change the layer from background to a layer. Under "select", choose "inverse" and then the "delete" key. You will be left with just the part of the picture you want. Back under "select", choose "deselect" and click the arrow button. Drag the picture onto the blank border. To resize image to fit onto border, hold down the "shift" button and resize with the arrows from the corner of the picture to fit in the border. Repeat with each picture.
6. You can save the image as a photoshop (.psd) until you're ready to upload it to the site.
