Paula Rabidoux, a Speech Language Pathology expert, is the Training Director for the LEND Program at the OSU Nisonger Center. LEND, Leadership Education Excellence in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Program, is a program that provides graduate students in medical fields with an extensive knowledge in intellectual and developmental disabilities. THese students are prepared to be professional leaders in their field. Some values and goals of the LEND program include a committment to service, interdisciplinary education, and family centered care.
LEND programs can be found at many of the University Centers for Excellence in Disabilities around the country.
