Elliot Slotnick
Elliot Slotnick, Associate Dean of the Graduate School, was involved in initiating the Graduate Interdisciplinary Specialization (GIS) in Disability Studies (DS). He came to the meetings to offer perspective from the Graduate School in the way of requirements for credit hours and budget. Slotnick said that the hardest part is that there were so many people across the university that were interested and wanted to be involved, but in the end the proposal was well built.
