Kera McClain began at the Office for Disability Services as an undergraduate student employee. She worked in Alternative Media and then moved up to become a frontliner (exam scheduling assistant) and work with exam scheduling. When she started Graduate School in 2004 she was the first one to hold a new position as the Auxiliary Aids Office Assistant. She is also a recent graduate of the Rehabilitation Services program at Ohio State University.
