Podcasting allows the end user to time shift and location shift educational material. Students who happen to miss a lecture or even simply miss a salient point during a lecture can now download that lecture in the form of a podcast for review at a later time.
This workshop is intended for beginners in the Podcasting space, we will go over what makes something a podcast, how to obtain and listen to or view a podcast and we will go over some tools to help you create a podcast. The program includes hands on time with Apple Inc. GarageBand software.
