Expand your Second Life by learning how to manipulate, construct, and participate with the virtual world around you. This hands-on workshop will focus on the basics of the in-world building and scripting tools, as well as other features that will enhance your Second Life experience.
Participants will be taught easy construction techniques and will be led through sample building projects and a scripting tutorial.
This workshop is intended for those who have prior knowledge and experience with Second Life, but not for advanced builders. Participants should understand the basics of “mouse-looking,” inventory management, and avatar movement. These topics are covered in our Second Life I workshop, or can be learned by exploring Orientation Island in-world.
