This workshop has been canceled due to low registration.
Come learn how today’s students learn, and experience the vital role Web 2.0 and easily-available information plays in their education (even if they don’t realize it).
This workshop will feature undergraduate students demonstrating how they complete daily homework and quarter-long projects online, often using programs of which their professors aren’t even aware.
Workshop participants will then break into groups and apply these methods in a collaborative hands-on trial.
We will conclude with a group reflection on how students access information and how this knowledge can be harnessed to further the educational experience.
