Digital Union Workshop - Preparing Images for the Web
Have you ever had your images turn out too large or too small (…or not show up at all) on your website? Have you tried resizing images only to find that the quality has degraded drastically? Have you ever noticed that the colors in your digital photos or scanned images are slightly off? Have you had difficulty sending photos over email?
If you have ever needed assistance adjusting, editing, and saving images, the Digital Union can help with a workshop which will cover some basic skills of digital image processing.
Learn how to get images from a digital camera or scanner and prepare them for use on the internet using Adobe Photoshop. Learn about the standard file formats used on the web, and how to use them to your advantage.
This workshop will be held on April 11th, 2006 from 1:00 to 3:00pm at the Digital Union, and requires registration.
