Announcing Application Round for the Impact Grant

The ODEE Departmental Impact Grant application period is open now through April 1. Consider this grant an opportunity to create an exemplar key or large course for your department. Recipients are provided up to 200 hours of ODEE expertise and $15,000 (minimum 1:2, recipient:ODEE, matching) to extend learning technology use that increases student engagement, facilitates greater instructor efficiency, or enables anytime/anyplace learning. Open Q&A sessions are 2:30pm-3:30pm, March 6, and 1:00pm-2:00pm, March 19, in 060 Science and Engineering Library.

Impact Grant:

Key or large course. Purposefully and meaningfully include technology to increase student engagement, enhance instructor efficiency, or enable any time or any place learning. http://go.osu.edu/IG

  • Up to $15,000 (minimum 1:2 matching; recipient:ODEE)
  • Up to 200 hrs of ODEE expertise
  • 12 months in length
  • Chair/Dean, Course Coordinator, and Faculty (50%+) are eligible to apply
  • Next Due Date: April 1, 2013
