Snag Your Spot at Innovate – Feb 12

Lucy Ramos

Innovate registration goes live on February 12th–just one week from today. Three reasons why you should mark your calendar:

1. Innovate is insightful.
The annual conference on technology in teaching and learning has a dynamic lineup of instructors, administrators, and ed-tech enthusiasts from across the country. Break out session topics include MOOCs, mobile learning and iPads in the classroom, digital storytelling, media literacy, and more. A lot more! The program goes up with full details this week.

2. Innovate is expanding.
March 26th will be the Innovate you know and love (visit the archive for a walk down memory lane). A day of deliberation, pedagogics and idea thievery; all the excitement you need to dive into the tools yourself, but little time to do it. To meet this interactivity demand, Innovate 2013 is expanding. March 27th will feature an extra half-day full of workshops and hands-on sessions to try these tools out for yourself. A demo room will also provide à la carte tech trial runs. More details on this later, but have no fear: expert assistance will be present, body paint will not.

Both days of the conference will be held in the 4-H Center - Innovate’s home sweet home.

3. Innovate is free.
You read that right. Sign up early so you don’t miss your chance to be a part of the action. February 12th at elearning.osu.edu.

Our twitter channel @InnovateOSU provides updates and sneak peeks while we get the program up on the site. Follow us to stay in the loop and get connected to fellow Innovators!
