eLearning Professional Development Grant; July 25 deadline

We are proud to announce the next round for the eLearning Professional Development Grant. This grant supports individual, group, or departmental professional growth; applications are due July 25. A synopsis of the grant appears below.

We will be holding one information (Q&A) session for the eLPD Grant. The session will be July 19 in the LCS (060 Science & Engineering Library) from 12:30-1:30. For more information, please write to me at ltgrants@osu.edu.

Also, it’s never too early to be thinking about an Impact Grant application. Head over to http://go.osu.edu/IG and consider setting up a brainstorming session for a possible proposal.

eLearning Professional Development Grant:

eLearning professional development. Funds may be used to attend a conference, host a speaker, participate in video conference sessions, register for online courses and seminars, or participate in other activities furthering individual, group, or departmental development and leading toward increased student engagement and instructor efficiency, anytime/anyplace learning, or departmental goals. http://lt.osu.edu/elearning-professional-development-grant/

1.      Up to $2,000 (1:1 matching)
2.      Awards distributed during two application periods
3.      Department designate, Faculty (50%+), Technology/Instructional staff (50%+) are eligible to apply
4.      Next Due Date: July 25, 2011
