Future of Democracy Final Thought
I wanted to post that I really enjoyed our Future of Democracy event last week (video will be posted soon). The things that struck me that voting is not the lowest form of participation, but rather it is knowing and then sharing – which is much easier in the Web 2.0 world, but therefore we have more responsibility to use our power correctly. Anyway, amidst all the chaos yesterday I saw a very interesting story on PBS called “Video your Vote,” which let people chronicle their voting experience from all over the country in partnership with YouTube. Check out the website here.
